Sign-Up Process

Signing up on the list is a three part process:

  1. Complete the New Member Registration Form.
  2. You will receive a confirmation code at the email address you used when you registered.
    This code must be entered on the Confirm Code page to verify the validity of the email address.
  3. Your entry will be reviewed by Applewood Heights HOA staff to verify list membership eligibility. You will receive an email confirming your access privileges.

About Your Privacy

Please Note: Your name, address, phone number and email address are required for member registration. You have the option of keeping the information private or sharing it with the group.

Your information will never be disclosed to others, except in accordance with the preferences you select in your member registration.

If you choose to keep information private:

  • It will not be disclosed to members.
  • It may be used by the Applewood Heights HOA to contact you about matters of benefit to you or items of Applewood Heights HOA business that may be of interest to you.

If you choose to mask your email address:

  • Members may contact you using a 'masked' email form.
  • Your email address will not be disclosed to the sender.

If you choose to share your information:

  • It will be provided to other members upon request through the website.
